COMMON ERRORS IN CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS SUBMISSION on 24 Apr 2020....during lockdown

Basement:
cross dimensions???references????drain slopes not shown????
start o and end of ramps not correctly marked???? no drain at start and end of ramp??? slope/clear width of ramp not marked>>>> cut level at ramp not correctly shown>>>>portion above cut level to be in dotted?????besides end wall of ramp cross walls of ramps not marked>>>>up/down arrow in ramp not marked???
cores level should be 150 above the rest of basement level to avoid flooding???ducts /opening above should have been dotted????
sumps  and pump room for drainage not marked??? divide the basement into two distinct ares and then resolve drainage>>>>slope of drain should be 1:200....arrows to be marked????avoid toilets in basement???/levels to be shown ???? any projection above to be in dotted lines???fire tank/ water tank to be properly shown in basement????

Plans:
cross dimensions???and cross reference??? section lines??? outside level/plinth level???platform if any level??? if the basement is extending beyond should be clearly shown??? plinth protection all round????Railing on approach steps and ramps of handicap????schedule of openings???staircase up/down arrows...in firm lines in GF//// cut plane level??? numbering of staircase steps from zero at GF and any steps going down will have _1/_2.... up will have 1/2/2.....
railing in staircase not shown???? Railing well not closed??? extra steps at top floor to match with terrace floors????

elevations:
vertical grids....horizontal grids.....should be subdued??? no horizontal distances required to be marked>>> levels of all floors//// upto top of mumty is to be shown.....level of surface coming near should be dark...and marked??? windows and doors not correctly reflect ??? The railing of stairs is missing?????rain water pipe system is to be shown and marked???The machine room is missing???? elevations should be north/south/west/east????

sections:
at least two sections preferably showing...stairwell/lift well/ double height spaces///sunken slabs////machine rooms/////
also mark/label.... levels on one side with proper symbol????material hatch???dimensioning of heights?????

terrace:
slopes not correctly marked??? levels not shown?? proper ridge and valleys not marked????position of kurrahs..... ??? rwp from the machine room roof ??? mumty roof????
core level to be higher than terrace level???if any terrace below it should be light??? and correctly marked????
parpet to be shown properly???? position of water tanks///shafts///atrium/////
one RWP 110mm dia for 100 sqm of area??? slope of terrace 1:100....to 1:80 as required basis....

site development:
clear marking of hard and soft surfaces??? roads??? position of electric poles??? alternatively??? inspection chambers / manhole at every bend/ and at least 30 metre distance??? lnvert level to be clearly marked on manholes??? one RWP pit for each one acre of area????slope of pipes to be correctly shown???

site and building siting:
boundary of site not marked and dimensioned??? should round of dimensions to next level 0 and 5 and no decimals????
at least cross check point from another reference point????
diagonal should be checked??/
 in building siting do it on grids....first vertical and horizontal grid points.....

always cross check from another reference points???

  1. A large percentage of of the things you claim is astonishingly appropriate and it makes me wonder why I had not looked at this in this light previously. This particular article really did switch the light on for me personally as far as this specific topic goes. However at this time there is 1 position I am not too comfy with and while I make an effort to reconcile that with the main theme of the issue, allow me observe just what the rest of your readers have to point out.Nicely done.

  2. Today, while I was at work, my cousin stole my iphone and tested to see if it can survive a 30 foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My iPad is now broken and she has 83 views. I know this is entirely off topic but I had to share it with someone!
