IMPORTANT: Please note that your registration will not be considered till the time registration fee is paid in full. Failure in making the payment at the time of registration will result in the student’s registration being considered incomplete and the admit card will not be generated until and unless the payment is made in full. For completing the registration process, it is mandatory that you make the payment within the timeline stipulated while registering yourself. (For example if the last date for payment by 14 August 2021 is Rs 750/- and you do fill the information online but fail to make the payment then on the 15 August the charges as applicable on 15 August would apply. Further, the charges will be as per the slabs mentioned earlier). The examination department and the ERP team will Not entertain any discussion / dispute arising due to incomplete registrations or selection of incorrect subjects therefore while selecting the subjects and paper type please be careful.

Note: Since all examinations are online, therefore, students should check the actual time duration with their course in charge of the exam as based on the mode it may vary from what is mentioned. The start time, however, remains as mentioned in the datesheet.

Your respective Dean’s Office and / or the course incharge would soon communicate the mode of online practical/jury/theory examinations for each subject to you.

The online exams may be in the form of –

·      Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) + subjective  Or viva (in case of practical examinations), or

·      Any other mode that is communicated to you.



Notice - End Semester Examinations Even 2021

      All students are hereby notified that the End Semester Examinations (ESE) for Even Semesters for Regular/Reappear/Improvement would commence from 7th June 2021. All exams are to be held online. Students having practical examinations to note that the Practical exams would commence earlier from 31 May 2021 onwards. All TDL exams would be held on 1st June 2021 across the University. The date sheets of the ESE June 2021 would be notified soon.

                A more detailed communication about the nature of examination and other details would be communicated to you by your respective School Dean’s Office shortly.

            However, this notification is not applicable for the following programmes – B.Pharm 2nd Semester, MSc Clinical Research 2nd Semester, Master of Public Health 2nd Semester, BBA Aviation 2nd Semester, and MBA Healthcare 2nd Semester and the Ph.D Coursework exam. For these programmes the start dates of the exams would be communicated in due course.

 From this time onwards, we are also publishing your results on the TCSion platform. You can check the results by - Login into tcsion.com and click on ‘My Exam Result’. You can also view the result on the mtop mobile application. However, please note that the results on the TCSion platform are in a test version and are meant for information only. For official records, the results declared on the AU website would be considered as final.

Notice: Instruction to SSAA students for On-line Jury Examinations
1.    Google meet online conferencing will be created by internal faculty two days in advance and all students have to ensure that they login through Ansal id only. In case of any issues get it resolved from ithelp desk well before start of examination. (D-2 day)
2.    The portfolio to assess/review  must be uploaded on the link created by internal faculty by each students one day in advance. (D-1 day)
3.    The internal faculty member will send the jury order list and time schedule . Be prepared to present on schedule time and login atleast 40 minutes before your time. (D day)
4.    The protocols to be followed by each student are  listed below
·         Please keep Audio and Video on mute mode. Unmute only for your jury both camera and Audio.
·         Do not click on the present now button till it is your turn to present.
·         Be present for your jury at least 40 minutes in advance to the time slot assigned to you.
·         Select a quiet place for the conduct of the jury.
·         A jury is a formal event so dress accordingly.
·         Try to log in for the jury through your laptop or PC if very urgent then use phone.
